How can we serve you?

Jesus encouraged us to respect each other, to honor and to serve each other (Matthew 7:12).

Here at Calvary Stanford, respecting each other is a core-value.  We respect each other through our love, which is central to our relationship with each other.

Our heart is to serve you in ways that meet your need,
with real, practical, and heart-felt kindness.

We enjoy taking time to be together as family. The Word tells us that the Joy of the Lord is our Strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

Come and be Restored, Refreshed, and Renewed as you experience His joy with us.

Our Calvary Stanford families are at all stages of life.  From just beginning to start a family, to being grandparents and even caring for elderly parents. We’re in business, construction, farming, and ranching, and have been for decades.  Just like you, we run from one responsibility to another.

Let us share with you how to navigate your day, your family, and your life with grace, peace and calm. We love to listen and to help share the load.  We will cry with you when it hurts, and laugh with you, even if it’s just at ourselves.

At Calvary Stanford, most of all, we love to pray, and if you’ll let us, we will come alongside you and your family, and we will pray with you and for you.

Meet the Team

Terry Headshot

Terry Claver

Terry Claver’s roots in Stanford, Montana, go back generations. Having been born and raised here, Terry had a vision from the Lord to not only begin the Calvary Community Church, he also had the vision to build it!  Terry painstakingly built Calvary Stanford from the ground up--from chopping and splitting wood, to raising the walls and installing log beams.  Since the building’s completion over twenty years ago, Terry and his wife Donna have continuously served Stanford and the surrounding Judith Basin area as Pastors.  Terry's foundational belief in God’s grace is evident not only in his passion for Pastoring, but also in his leadership style and scriptural focus.

The Originals

Twenty years is a long time for anything these days, but here we are, twenty-plus years strong.  The original families that comprised Calvary Community Church, Stanford of the early 1990's still form the family-foundation today.
